Attorney Le Ye hold a Juris Doctor Degree from  Quinnipiac University School of Law and M.A Degree in English from Shanghai International Studies University. Attorney Ye is a member of New Jersey Bar and New York Bar. Prior to starting her own law practice, Attorney Ye worked for Mertz, Bitelman & Associates Law Office, BDO Seidman, Robins Geller Rodman & Dowd LLP on various China-related securities and investment legal issues.

After starting her own law practice in 2010, Attorney Ye has focused on EB-5 related petitions. With extensive experience in  I-526 Immigrant Petition by Alien Entrepreneur, I-829 Petition by Entrepreneur to Remove Condition, and I-924 Application for Regional Center under the Immigrant Investor Pilot Program, with 100% success rate.

Attorney is fluent in English, Chinese and Shanghai dialect.
